    Cool Good Teenage Bodybuilding Breakfast

Alright guys I need a good breakfast to help with reaching my bodybuilding physique. I usually have enough time in the morning for a largish breakfast as I get up pretty early so all suggestions would be highly welcomed.
Whether its a quick but nutritious breakfast for when I over sleep or a full 20 minute cook time but with substantial benefits I WANNA KNOW!
Here are my stats in case that would help when deciding how much I should eat each morning and what food to avoid etc.

    Age - 17
    Sex - Male
    Height - 5'9ft
    Weight - 130lb-135lb
    Body Fat - 8.5%

Thanks for reading and I hope to hear some great suggestions from this awesome community

You don't have to eat specefic foods at specific times. Just eat anything that helps you towards your caloric & macro goals. In the mornings I eat: oats, bacon, sausages, eggs, pancakes depending on what mood i'm in.

I know but a good start is always helpful and can't harm progress

Work out your macros and target calories first, and then just eat what fits into them and stay healthy. Google is your friend - very easy to find healthy foods and info.

At your age and judging by your avi, eat what you what when you want and lift heavy.
The above statement/post does not represent the opinions of anyone in real life. This is the internet. Not real life. Anyone who cannot grasp the difference between the two lacks the basic intelligence necessary for survival and should not be allowed to form opinions.
