I love Quinoa. The problem is though, everytime I eat it It my poop that days and a couple days later has the grains in it. besides being kind o weird looking, I was wondering if this is normal? is there a reason why I'm not digesting the quinoa? am I getting nutrition from it still?

Its like i have ultra fast digestion, i feel slightly hungry after it always, i can feel i would s..t right away!

I cock it usually 15-20 min in water without anything added. 1 cup Quinoa and 2 1/2 cups water.

Same thing is with Amaranth.

Does anyone have similar problems and can assist?
