Felt ****ing terrible. Terrible form, extremely exhausted, feeling like sheeeet, and messed up my joints.
Time to De-Load. And sleep 20 hours. Ughhhh I hate cutting.

Maxing Out on Front Squats / Military Press / Deadlifts while Sick.

Current:
218 lbs
18% Body Fat
Goal:
215lbs
15% Body Fat

Start/Current/Goal
Squat: 225/265/315
Bench Press: 175/195/225
Deadlift: 225/350/405
Press: 110/140/160
Row: 110/185/200
Currently on SS, staying on SS until I plateau on lifts.

Be careful man. If your not feeling it just take break.. I didn't and I herniated my disc.
Currently on a cut.
Starting Weight: 180
Goal 9-10%

Squat: 265 1x2

I was on a preworkout high, I didn't figure out I was sick until shortly after. As for form, I just felt I wasn't lifting that well. Terrible was a bit of an exaggeration lol.
As for the third question, I want to get stronger and I feel that i still have noob gains to milk out.***Cutting To June 14th, 2013***
