    Maxing Out on Front Squats / Military Press / Deadlifts while Sick.

    Felt ****ing terrible. Terrible form, extremely exhausted, feeling like sheeeet, and messed up my joints.

    Time to De-Load. And sleep 20 hours. Ughhhh I hate cutting.

    If you felt sick why would you lift? If you knew you were compromising form why would you continue the lift? If you're cutting why are you doing maximal effort lifts?

    I was on a preworkout high, I didn't figure out I was sick until shortly after. As for form, I just felt I wasn't lifting that well. Terrible was a bit of an exaggeration lol.

    As for the third question, I want to get stronger and I feel that i still have noob gains to milk out.
