BIO-GRO, HYPER GROWTH Training log!
For those that have been, and are continuing to use Bio-Gro or, if you simply would like to just follow along and participate in this you are welcome to do so, but hang on, it's going to be a great ride!
How would you like to increase your bench by 20lbs and your squats by 50lbs in just as little as one month!? How is this possible? We put together some sound science, and by using some of the best practices used by some of the best power lifters in the world and put those together! What else does this include? How about bigger legs, thicker back, and bigger biceps? Who's on board to take the train to Mt. Bicepius?

Man I've been working with David on this and i'm dying!! Lol baseball players aren't supposed to lift this much weight!! But seriously, this program works! If you do decide to follow this plan, make sure you are getting enough rest and that your nutrition is on point as well. You're going to need it!
