HOLY Free Bio-Gro Batman ! !
As they say in the world of poker.... I AM ALL IN ! ! ! !
Question: You know my bench press story, right? Soooooo if I can increase my d/bell press (which has already gone up some)... do I still qualify? I can GUARANTEE my straight bar bench would go up MORE than 20 because it's so low to begin with but that's not really a gain I would be proud of. My squat was not anything to be proud of either...but I am doing more.Member of the Global Bodybuilding Organization

Can I win this promo or do I have to follow this training program? This is another super generous promo by iSatori!

Please allow me to retort.... (see what I did there?)
First off..... this is a program already written out for you....gotta love that. Don't just go to the gym and decide it's arms day and bounce around doing different bi-tri exercises .... get some structure to your training. I've already emailed my spreadsheet out to a couple who requested it... GREAT way to track your numbers. This is a WIN-WIN deal..... even if you don't win the tub of Bio-Gro.... you'll still make HUGE gains in your training.
Sooooo.... who's with me? Let's do it ! ! !

That's not hard to do for me..... really not fair since these are 2 of my most lame exercises.... I never went heavy on squats because of the knee and couldn't go heavy on bench because of the spur.
I'll do it ... but respectfully bow out of the competition on this technicalityMember of the Global Bodybuilding Organization

Video Challenge
Video Challenge
OK.... I'm doing this...I'm in the same boat as gallagnm on the bench,,HOWEVER.... I will set a goal that seems unreachable in the next 3 weeks and if I make it... I will be one happy little girl scout ! !
On dumbbell press.... I can max at 100x2 and have worked with 90's to a 3-5 rep.
My goal: 90 x 6-8 100x4-6 AND Finally.... do I dare grab to 110? I think so.
My squat is a sad 275 x 3 and that's pushing my multiple season as a hockey goalie knee to the max. My goal: 325 x 3 and/or 350 x 1 .
Today I did legs AND the abs to get caught up a bit. Really looking forward to tomorrow's workout. Going to hit the gym early ! !
No laughing...it's rude to laugh at children and I'm very sensative !
By the way.... the bar has just been set ! !Last edited by ScottRoland; 06-12-2013 at 12:25 PM.

I have no idea...thinking it should have been a percentage instead of a total because animals like you and Harry and all the rest are already at such high numbers..... a wimp like me can easily add 20-50 on 2 exercises that I NEVER do.
I'm just going to see what I can get...and be proud of my gains.
If I get those 110 dumbbells off me... I will be super proud.Member of the Global Bodybuilding Organization

Thanks bro!
Dude...if you could only hear my knee while doing it...it sounded like someone walking on fortune cookies with combat boots on. Most every goalie I know stopped playing because of knee problems. Dropping into butterfly 40-50 times per game just isn't what the knee was designed to do.
I am enjoying doing the squats even at my light weight.... it really gets those quads burning.Member of the Global Bodybuilding Organization

Time to hit those assistor muscles that are going to help get that "BIG BENCH" up!! Remember it's week 2 so don't be afraid to add in some more weight to this routine:
“Bench Assistor Routine”
*Warm-up DB Flat Bench Press 1 x 10
*DB Flat Bench Press 3 x 10
*Incline Barbell Bench Press 3 x 10
*DB Pec Flye 3 x 10
*DB Triceps Extension 3 x 10
*Lat Pulldown Wide Grip 3 x 10
*Lat Pulldown Reverse Narrow Grip 3 x 10
*Biceps Barbell Curl 3 x 10
For the full Hyper-Growth Training Plan, go here:
http://www.isatori.com/files/b240f71...4fd7c9c8e2.pdf
By following our 28-day plan, combined with using
Bio-Gro™ Bio-Active Peptides before and after
each workout, you can improve your bench press by
25 or more pounds and your squat by 50 pounds. The
trick: you follow this training program, rigorously for
the entire number of workouts prescribed. The
upside: you gain more new strength than you ever
imagined along with harder, more dense muscle.
The downside: well, we don’t see any.

I put you in a solid second place behind me right now... good job.
Pfffttttt.... even I laughed as I typed that!Member of the Global Bodybuilding Organization

Scott-is this submission for the entry? (Don't forget to post on our iSatori FB page with the description so we know
also, is this your before (current) squat video? If possible, can you try it at a different angle? We can't see the weights being used...lastly, when you submit the final entry (presuming you are doing this...I know you love our contests may I suggest announcing the date on the video too?....just my .02
Otherwise...way to take the lead on getting these vidoes rolling!!Last edited by Sean26607; 06-12-2013 at 09:35 PM.
