I follow the routine exactly...but I add forearms and an extra calve day because those are my small areas. You use calves and forearms in everyday activities and I was always small in these areas so I double up on these during the week. Doing the "Humbler" has finally given me decent forearms...but I'm going for Popeye size ! !

Time to kill legs once again! Round 2 of the Monster Squat Routine! Remember to add 10lbs to your squat this time
    • Warm up squats 1x8
    • Barbell squats 1x6
    • Barbell squats 1x3 (+40lbs)
    • Barbell squats 3x6 (-40lbs)
    • Wide stance squats 2x8
    • Narrow stance squats 2x8
    • Leg press 4x8
    • Leg ext 4x8
    • Leg curls 4x8
    • Standing heel raise 4x8

For the full Hyper-Growth Training Plan, go here:
    http://www.isatori.com/files/b240f71...4fd7c9c8e2.pdf

By following our 28-day plan, combined with using
Bio-Gro™ Bio-Active Peptides before and after
each workout, you can improve your bench press by
25 or more pounds and your squat by 50 pounds. The
trick: you follow this training program, rigorously for
the entire number of workouts prescribed. The
upside: you gain more new strength than you ever
imagined along with harder, more dense muscle.
The downside: well, we don’t see any.

Most people don't...doing bicep work is usually enough. I'm one of those people who just had to do something more...I had NO forearms... now after the Humbler and I do wrist rolls twice a week.... my forearms are no longer embarrassing.

    Bio-Gro Hyper-Growth Progress

OK…the last 2 days were Dr. Jeckyl and WTF ! !
Yesterday I went HULK on the entire routine and today I felt more like My Little Pony ! !
Oh well… it happens. I got through the entire routine I just didn’t feel as strong as I did yesterday.
Here’s the numbers on the 2 days:

I learned something about Bio-Gro today also…if you are going to put Bio-Gro on a peanut butter sandwich… mix it in the peanut butter first…don’t just sprinkle 2 scoops on the spread and top it off with a slice of bread. You’ll end up wearing most of it.

Tomorrow is BULL-FROG leg day… let’s see some progress in here. How about some videos? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? HarryBeast? Nic? Nic?

Looking to get those abs "summer time" ready?! Then hit the Bio-Gro: Bio-Growth Ab routine, 2nd week of the program, keep pushing!

    “Ab-Busting Routine”

    *Weighted Sit Up 4 x 10-15
    (performed on decline bench)
    *Hanging leg raise 4 x 12-15
    ** In between each set,
    perform some form of active
    rest cardio, like jump rope,
step ups, or burpees, for 60
    seconds

Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? HarryBeast? Nic? Nic?
LOL @ My Little Pony! Ahahahahahahahaha! It's probably b/c you need a rest day. It seems you're always checking in somewhere on FB. I'm thinking, does this man ever sleep?!? ... Good job on cranking out the workout even while feeling like my little pony!

Bummer on wearing the BG! It's too good to waste!
