I follow the routine exactly...but I add forearms and an extra calve day because those are my small areas. You use calves and forearms in everyday activities and I was always small in these areas so I double up on these during the week. Doing the "Humbler" has finally given me decent forearms...but I'm going for Popeye size ! !

Bio-Gro™ Bio-Active Peptides before and after
each workout, you can improve your bench press by
25 or more pounds and your squat by 50 pounds. The
trick: you follow this training program, rigorously for
the entire number of workouts prescribed. The
upside: you gain more new strength than you ever
imagined along with harder, more dense muscle.
The downside: well, we don’t see any.

Bio-Gro Hyper-Growth Progress
OK…the last 2 days were Dr. Jeckyl and WTF ! !
Yesterday I went HULK on the entire routine and today I felt more like My Little Pony ! !
Oh well… it happens. I got through the entire routine I just didn’t feel as strong as I did yesterday.
Here’s the numbers on the 2 days:
I learned something about Bio-Gro today also…if you are going to put Bio-Gro on a peanut butter sandwich… mix it in the peanut butter first…don’t just sprinkle 2 scoops on the spread and top it off with a slice of bread. You’ll end up wearing most of it.
Tomorrow is BULL-FROG leg day… let’s see some progress in here. How about some videos? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? HarryBeast? Nic? Nic?Member of the Global Bodybuilding Organization

LOL @ My Little Pony! Ahahahahahahahaha! It's probably b/c you need a rest day. It seems you're always checking in somewhere on FB. I'm thinking, does this man ever sleep?!? ... Good job on cranking out the workout even while feeling like my little pony!
