Looking forward to running that for a while and put on some size. Not sure how big I will want to get... will need some suggestion from all.

made it to the gym, elbow was feeling good. did everything except skull crushers cause I didn't wanna twerk my elbow. pretty good session. energy is still off since starting stim break.

yep I warm up a lot. always do stretches and foam roller and body weight exercises and warm up sets. I was doing something yesterday and I heard a crack in my elbow. didn't hurt right away. and doesn't hurt now so I think im good. but hurt yesterday afternoon and night a lot, little this morning. ya ive noticed my elbows are a lot better since I started doing pushdowns 1 1/2 years ago. used to have elbow problems after shrugs, think it was from the way I slept with my arm dangling off the side. I don't sleep like that anymore. I need to get more joint supplements.

who here has a bench seat or bench set at home. im gonna buy a bunch seat soon so I can do more dumbbell work at home. whats a good one to get or where should I buy it from.

I really have no idea! I even asked my doctor about it and they had no clue. I would take 2-6g per day. Everything is fine for about a month or two of taking it then just randomly my nose will start to have brownish/yellow liquid run out of it. It always stops about a week or two after I stop using fish oils. I have tried 2 different types that are GNC brand and then the cheap ones from Wal-Mart. Same result! Super bizarre!
