I got tested at LA Fitness yesterday at my local gym and I receieved 6.5 %. My blood line does not seem to allow 6 pack abs? I dunno how accurate this machine is but the trainers tell me they are. I have more of a runners build then a body builder build. Would you say that 6.5 is accurate or no? Here is a pic, I'm 5'11 about 150-155 lbs.

For christ sakes, this is the 4th or 5th account you have made asking the same damn thing. No....you are not 6,7,8,9 or 10% body fat!! You don't have abs because its like any other muscle. You build them on a surplus of calories while working them hard and lifting heavy. No disrespect but it's obvious you haven't done this because you have very little muscle mass. You should spend more time in the gym, lifting heavy and frequent instead of making account after account hoping to get the response you want.
