I started in febuary of '03, benching 90lbs at my weight of 140. I bodybuild but I also powerlift a bit because of my fast twitchness (I'm a sprinter, I got alot of fast twitch in me), so it didnt take me long. After about a month I passed my 100lbs mark to 110lbs (a 35 on each side), where I was donig that for 8-10 reps. Then after another month I got 8-10 reps at about 120 ( I like to make sure I'm stable) Then after another month I did 130 (a 45 on each side), Then 140, which I'm currently at, and will be at until I can bench it 8 times. I like to KNOW I'm stable before I continue on.

Courage is the knowledge of what ought to be endured. ~ Philo
Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.
