How much time do you typically spend per day? I get that it will vary by muscle soreness, but on an average day with no special aches or pains, how much time do you spend stretching and rolling?

About 15 minutes as well. NASM recommends 30 secs max pressure/pain tolerance or 90 sec with little pressure/pain per muscle with 1-4 sets daily when it comes to foam rolling. Just figured I'd let others know while i in return learn what I just studied :P
