Hello,I'm 17 and I've been pulling heavy every wednesday now for a few months. I'm doing Bill Starr's Mad coww 5x5 Advanced version now. I'm putting on awesome strength and size nonstop. Awesome awesome program, but I really want to pull 500. This is a video from about a month ago of me doing 400x3 is the form good? Last wednesday I hit 420 3x3. I'm going to max out tomorrow and record it. Hopefully I'll be atleast 450. If you guys would check it out and comment on there or here I would appreciate it a ton.

You're over the bar too far as it is, jerking the weight isn't helping that any. Pull the slack out son, and I would narrow your stance some, work on bringing your chest up before the pull and lock down your lats. Should get you behind the bar a little bit.

You say this above your video.
I love pushing myself to be stronger than my body wants to be. Must be steroids. No way somebody could set goals and break them without steroids. No way
And here is the only one person who I have seen using mixed grip and straps:

Yes, congratulations on the milestone. You should be happy.
But now, it's time to work on technique, so that this isn't the last PR you ever hit.Best competition lifts at 148: 512 squat (no wraps) / 347 bench / 622 deadlift. 1482 total. Former all-time world-record holder (no wraps).
Best competition lifts at 165: 584 squat (wraps) / 380 bench / 639 deadlift. 1603 total. Top-20 all-time.

i reccomend Sheiko. Works wonder for your form and strength. And just drop your deadlift down to 450, make sure you actually get into a good position at the lockout where you can throw your ass forward and lock it out, not hitch it.
Bench 402 (ace)/ 385 (440 in slingshot)
Squat 600 (predators + frantz canvas) / 441lbs
Dead lift 551 (super centurion+ predators) /578lbs
Power Clean 100kg x 8
Vertical 29in

Its called working the eccentric phase and is proven to be the single most successful way to hit a large increasing strength due to the increased myofibril hypertrophy. It IS the fastest way to reach short term strength goal. What better way to reach a target weight than train with it? Dont discount something if you dont understand it, unorthodox!
