Hi i wanna know which one is better according to experience of people taking both
im about 160 been trainning for like 3-4 years now i wanna know which one will give me better chance to build muscle and increase my weight at 180lbs

Well they are basically going to give you the same results, the isolate will have lower macros but if you are trying to put on weight I'm not sure that's what you should go for. Go with whichever really, taste is almost the only difference.

Neither will give you a better chance. It's just food and is like asking if a box of Cheerios from one supermarket will give you a better chance compared to the same box from a different supermarket. Overall calories and macros is what will be the determining factor, not one food.

Personally, i trust MP over BSN allday, which is the decision maker for me. My favorite flavor of combat powder is their Orange Cremesicle flavor, its delicious. I have had a few samples of syntha 6 isolate aswell, imo it doesnt compare to the regular syntha 6 when it comes to taste.

i will try MP its least expensive never tried it...
i use to take syntha 6 normal not iso and the taste was the best i ever taken...
did anybody try triple berry flavor?
