slow to no gainz on sl 5x5/5x3

I've been doing sl 5x5/3x5(squats). I'm about 5 months in and am no where close to where I should be in terms or lifts, my stats bp 160/ ohp 125/ squat 210/ deadlift 280/ row 180( this is all in lbs.). I eat 2800-3000 cals a day, about 50% coming from carbs 40% from protein and the rest in fats. I'm making sure I get 200-210 g of protein and the rest fall into place. Any suggestions on what I can do to start making the numbers go up? I get 7-9 hours of sleep I train in the morning and I do 2 hours a week of cardio.

    Also I'm 5'11, 210 lbs.

That's a "near-maintenance or even below" calorie total for your size and activity. Might've worked when you were smaller, but needs to adjust upwards as you grow.

form is one thing, slow bar movement is another.

The bar moves slow...so what as long as you get the weight up. If your form is THAT bad then fix it.

FYI...you'll NEVER have textbook perfect form...

So busting out 5 reps that last about 45 secs to a minute is fine?

Ah, I was under the impression that it needed to be like 10-15 secs for the set.
