One of my favorite combinations during contest prep consists of,

Pre-Workout: Hemavol + Compete (no stims because I used Dexaprine XR fat burner as my stim)
Intra- Workout: Compete + VPX Powershock

My protocol was, 1 Scoop hemavol and 1 scoop compete pre-workout, with 1 scoop of compete and 1 scoop of power shock intra workout. The hemavol pre-workout gave me that fullness, pumps, and vascularity I could normally not achieve due to being carb depleted from dieting, while compete intra workout allowed me to train harder for longer, and the powershock was there for my intra workout aminos to prevent muscle loss.

This combo is a staple for me; love em all.
