I have searched and read a few threads concerning locking the knees at the top of each rep of the squat. I am still unsure after reading the debates and responses on whether or not I should avoid doing it. Is it a bad thing or do you consider it not to be a problem? Thanks

Hi, TheSpecial1.
Locking the knees has many dangers. It is quite a long story with many details. It would be best to follow my Youtube channel, with many more instructional videos and tips.
