What do you think? could the cardio-neuro hazards realistically be an issue given normal dosing protocols? There's been some talk around here about the BA-Taurine relation but i haven't seen much conclusive data. Perhaps that's why some proteins now contain taurine, companies be looking out for us

I ate Jack in the Box for breakfast. After taking a scoop of Fierce Dom pre I've felt disgusting and can't function enough to read that. This makes me sad.

By the looks of it, you would have a take a LOT of Beta Alanine, and have it digest immediately for it to become toxic.
It mentioned in the side notes that slow digesting of the BA, is not all the toxic.
The lab rats took .3 of their body weight, which if you calculate it out, is a sizable amount. Most pr-workouts have you taking below that amount even at the max dosages.
Not to mention the grammar and citation errors, and improper format of the referencing....

You're quite incorrect in this analysis lol.
Buuuuut...the author of suppversity makes some quality articles. They tend to be a tad alarmist with respect to certain topics (beta-alanine, fish oil, TTA, etc). Bias is intrinsic to anyone's work and I don't blame him, but given how much else we know about b-alanine, take what he said with a grain of salt.
He is correct in saying that it's best to:
A. Take BA with meals
B. Split it up throughout the day
