Hey guys, I was looking over a few of these training logs, and I decided I'd start one myself. Just a few things about me..
My name is Jeramey, I'm 19, and I compete in the 198lb RAW division. I currently am on a bulk to around 210ish before my next competition, where I will be cutting back to 198. Currently I am between 195-198lbs.. I'm aiming for July 21 or November 17th to be my next competition. I'll for sure be competing the 17th of November if not in July. My goals for my next meet will be around these numbers... 550/375/600 Give or take some lbs. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Now, I'm going to back track a few workouts for you guys.

I think I asked you this on YouTube. How does it feel to jump from 405 to 510 on deadlift? I get that "oh sh!t" factor when I make too big of a jump and sometimes makes me less aggressive with the weight.

I'm really trying to eliminate some of my heavier quarter jumps, so I eliminated a few that workout for the first time. Normally I'd have taken 365x1 and 455x1. To be honest, I didn't mind at all. I actually felt stronger and even more powerful. I have so many quarter flips I'm doing numerous sets before I even get to my working sets.

5/30/13 Raw Bench Training 375 Paused PR!
It feels great to have hit a 10lb Paused PR with some weight still left in the tank! I learned Wednesday night that I would be maxing out on Thursday. Once you know you’re going for a max, there’s no turning back. You almost feel like you’re at war with the weight. There’s no better feeling than stepping up to a loaded bar with your brothers in your corner. It really helps when you have your team behind you. Eric did a great job calling my numbers. I’m glad he really left me with a few pounds in the tank. My team has been such a great help with pushing me towards hitting PR lifts each and every training session. I cannot wait for my mock meet I’ll be running in August. I’m really pleased with where my strength has been lately.

I was supposed to max out today. Warming up and such felt fine, but once I hit my warm up set of 315 I knew I wasn’t feeling it. My bar speed wasn’t really there today, nor was the mental aggression. I just worked up to 525 and decided to play around with a new form with deficit pulls.

6/5/13 Deload Bench Training
I went really light this session. I also threw in a ton of accessory work to really get some good blood flow.
Bench- 225x3x10
Incline Db Press 3x10
Cable Cross Overs 5x10
Rope Pulldowns 3x15-20
V-Bar Pressdowns 3x8
Cable Kickouts 3x8
Alt. DB Curls 3x8
Preacher Curls DB 3x10
High Pully Curls 3x8
It felt good going light on bench and really getting a good pump. My shoulders were a little achy and I've been stiff so this is much needed.

(Tried this today. I was on the hyper extention machine, while doing a BB Row. I got a crazy uncomfortable pump from this. It's amazing)

6/8/13 Squat & Deadlift Training
I was doing awesome this workout until I had to wrap myself for my working sets. First two were fine, but third wrapping had me exhausted. I could do 475 for a few more with someone wrapping me. I have respect for anyone who wraps themselves, no one can estimate the amount of energy it consumes. I sweat more wrapping than I do lifting… But oh well, you have to work with what you have. So who am I to complain?
I also threw in some light deadlifts just for fun.
I start my mock meet prep cycle next week, so I’m really looking forward to some serious training.
