    Stacks

Hey guys, I am new to the lifting world and trying to add muscle. What stacks would you suggest and why. I am interested in creatine but do not know a thing about the supplement world.

creatine, protein, multi, and fish oil. I would throw in a pre workout too because stims are the best. Creatine is for your added strength, protein is to help hit your daily macros, fish oil and protein are used for general health, and the pre workout helps with energy before your workout

A joint supplement can help prevent issues too. If you are lifting hard or doing intense cardio it can help prevent issues down the line with proper warm up and streches

Just get BodyForge 2.0 - Its literally got everything in one product saving you the time researching everything. All you have to do is add some stims (caffeine) if you choose too and your set outside a proper diet and training.
