    Exclamation Volume, Size and Strength Routine

    What is a good routine with a good amount of volume and progressive overload? I have been lifting for quite a while, playing with calories and macros. Currently trying to build a physique for a competition between some members of my lifting team. Consider me a beginner since I have been off for about 6 months now, and never ate correctly nor had a real routine.
