Wow, talking about iron will. I have a friend who is diabetic, he hasn't eaten regular sweets in years, only special treats for diabetics once in a while. I can't imagine having that life. But I drink a lot of soda, and he has diabetes from it and other crap rich in sugar, I might follow in his footsteps soon.

i quit soda b4 i even started working out, and it was b/c a friend had told me about how soda can cause kidney stones lol. thank god for him
