Stunning results, m8 *_^ What kinda protien you take? I used to take whey but got me stuck with water retention and bloatings so kept my intake through food.
BTW, I bet you got a Nissan Patrol at homeMake sure you build muscles for usage!

I would if i had a diet, but i just make sure i get 180g of protein and eat whatever really, I can tell you what i eat for breakfast cause thats the same every single day which is -
6 Weet-Bix + Milk
4 Whole Eggs / 3 Slices Wholemeal bread
2 Scoops Protein / 600ml Milk / 4 teaspoons Extra Virgin Oil & 1 Cup of Toby Oats all blended together
I dont think ive ever actually kept a diet for more than a week max, i get bored lol
& i bulked straight from that first pic, i was 70kg there i went to 80kg (Dreamer Bulked) and cut down to 70kg which im at now and im currently bulking until November
