I understand trying to find ways to look even better, but it seems these guys totally dump what has worked for them all along for some extreme totally different methods and end up looking wayyyyyyyyyy off.
Gradually tweak here and there.....it seems they just totally abandon what got them there...imnoting

I've listened to john meadows blabber on about these completely wrong nutritional points he makes during these shopping videos. Like 80% of the crap he says is completely wrong. Idk where he gets his info from but coming from someone who's studying nutrition and getting into sports dietetics in graduate school, I was appalled. Why would you make Any athlete use coconut oil 24/7? The oil with the highest saturated fat, and almost no good fats. Probably a good reason why Antoine looks fat, flat, and just overall bad. He looked way better when he got his card. These road trips probably don't help either, as you guys have said. I see a bright future for Antoine, but I think he needs em the right supporting cast and can't just mess around traveling all year because it takes a toll on your body.

John is a very smart guy when it comes to nutiriton and diet.
