I just started dieting and working out in 2 weeks I lost 6 pounds by just ratting better and cardio 4 times a week. The results have slowed down and I want a diet supplement that will help burn the fat and give me more energy but with no side effects.

Like BlueRev said, if diet is key. cutting too many calories out may stall weight loss altogether, so be careful how you work your calories.
Outside of that, check out the Ergobolic/Ergoshred stack. One of my favorites, as well as a highly popular combo on these boards. Definitely worth at least a look into if you're making progress through diet alone.

All fat burner supplements are just combinations of different stimulants. Consider this: we burn greater percentages of energy from fat, at lower levels of activity. you are at a low level of activity now reading this -and so you are burning lots of fat now too! Sleeping actually burns the greatest percent of fat....

Since I assume you know that diet and exercise will account for 95%+ of your results, I'll say you should go after SAN Tight Xtreme Reloaded for that extra "mmph". You can expect better fat burning along with decreased appetite plus increased energy and mood.
However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results - Dr. John Berardi

As everyone else mentioned, you must get your diet in-check first and foremost. A caloric deficit is needed for you to lose weight.
Once you get the diet in-check, some things you may want to look into buying to give you a boost are ErgoShred (FatBurner) and ErgoBolic (Anti-Cortisol...Cortisol allows your body to store some more fat). If you'd really like to add an edge to your training, a Test Booster might do you some good in terms of building up some lean mass. ErgoTest worked very well for me.
As I said though, your diet MUST be in-check first before you should even consider supplements. I would also make sure that you have a proven/effective weight training program for yourself.++ Positive Crew ++
