I've been hearing that dynamic stretching and foam rolling is better, why is that?

There are some studies that suggest it decreases power output. However there are also studies that say that is not true. I stretch for 30-40 minutes before every workout and I don't see or feel a difference in power output.ďYou, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ainít about how hard you hit. Itís about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. Thatís how winning is done! Now if you know what youíre worth than go out and get what youíre worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers sayiní, you ainít where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody!"

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand pounds of whey,
I am the oats that start your day, I am the squats down to the grass,
I am the gains in your muscle mass, When your strength begins to drift,
I am the rush that helps yo lift.
Of helpful bros that inspire
I am your charm when the girls 'mire
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.

depends on how and duration of static stretching. personally i feel short holds of moderat stretching is good but long holds of aggressive static stretching is bad.sub to my youtube for more videos of me lifting heavy things : www.youtube.com/user/civilizedmurderer

Static stretching is bad to do cold because you can strain a muscle. Dynamic stretching creates blood flow to the muscles and warms them up through the motion that the muscles perform so it is directly relevant to the activity. It primes you for whatever you are going to do whether it be lifting weights or playing a sport.IN
