well considering I'm 5'6 and can bench my own bodyweight for reps yeah.. I think a good weight to be at 5'6 is probs 150-160 pounds at 8-10% body fat to look hench too the average non-lifting population so I'm probs gonna reach my goal in about 2 years and will need to gain 20-25lbs of muscle

Seriously another factor to take into account is your age, your not done growing and maturing yet for at least a few more years. I believe it was Alan who said "trying to put slabs of muscle on a 19 year old's frame is like trying to squeeze water out of a stone". Unless your a genetic freak or riding a bike (and judging by your avi your neither) this will hold true. Looking back at when I was 18 I still had that lanky, thin frame and try as I might I never saw quick results. I'm 24 now and it actually wasn't till the last year or so that I saw my best gains. I filled out all over and looking at old photos its amazing how young I think I looked.
what i am trying to say is that lean, muscular look you are looking for is not gonna happen as quickly as you like and you need to be realistic with yourself.
This fluctuating you are doing now is not helping you in any way and I can say this with confidence because I have been there. Like others have said get on a good strength program and get your lifts up. Eat above maintenance but monitor it, no need to go on a fulk but slowly but steadily add weight. You will go through phases of looking "puffy" in your mind and want to cut down but if you keep going it will even out and in a couple years I PROMISE you will not regret it.

Benching your own body weight for reps is not worth mentioning for guys. It's a given..........
Now for females, benching your own body weight is a huge achievement.
OP think he is going to looked ripped at 135lbs. OP doesn't want to get too big.
We all know that lifting heavy and bulking makes you look like Ronnie Coleman. OP just wants to tone.

Normal guys don't exist. If you are referring to people that are in the state of "untrained", "novice", "newbie", they don't count. Anyone that is actually lifting (and not just doing 3x12 with pink dumbbells and low weights thinking they're inducing hypertrophy and going to 'shape their chest') can easily bench their own bodyweight.

Not sure what bragging rights you're trying to bring to the table, but we are clearly unimpressed.

yeah I think looking puffy is a problem. thing is when I'm bulking and I'm on creatine and it makes me look like I'm 30% body fat and I just feel fat as fukk. that's the bad thing about having a high bf%, you cant tell whether you gained water or fat so you panic I know I should probs bulk but even if I eat slightly over maintenance, my body fat will eventually be over 25% by the time I finish and I cant let that happen. I dont see why I cant just get to 10% by september thats how long it says on my bodyspace profile when I typed my goals in. then when I start the bulk get on a 5x5 program while bulking, do cardio on off days and eat 300 calories over maintenance and gain muscle while staying lean with minimal fat gains.

So you're comparing your results to people that don't even lift?

Brah, he has to. If he doesn't hang out with weak ass *******s, he wouldn't be so alpha.

    OP is a real alpha.

OP's bench is at his bodyweight, but the only times he squats is when he needs to take a dump, and the only time he would DL is when he pulls up his pants in the washroom.

    How badass is that? Fuuuuuuuuuuuarrrk.

    True story.

135 and 'ripped'. Benching bodyweight for reps. Not even squatting close to 2x/bw. You make me want to not live on this earth.

Not sure why you would be bragging about that.

My squat is at 205lbs and I feel ashamed as hell. Considering that's below my Bench, that's no bragging rights at all.

Let me know when you're out of the novice phase at 225/315/405.

Agree with everyone else here but just as an alternative OP, since you seem uncomfortable with your body fat, go ahead and do a big defecit for 2-3 weeks. Guarantee you'll think you look anorexic enough in that time and decide to accomplish something more than benching your body weight
