Personal preference is to sip on a protein shake mixed with creatine through out my routine. I don't like to waste money on just aminos when a good protein shake provides them + other goodies. Gettin back on topic tho..when I was taking inner armor aminos during my routine I didn't see any major improvements in training. Of course this is just my experience with them. Like everything in life results may vary

I think BCAA's are great.
I use Inner Armour Peak (Leucine loaded). It has a 6:1:1 ratio on the 3 major amino acids for building muscle. The high Leucine ratio is good because Leucine can not be burned as energy, and is used to trigger muscle protein synthesis. Their is also Glutamine in it which makes up 60% of muscle tissue.
I say, during cut or bulk; you're still trying to stimulate muscle growth, so you should take a BCAA. I recommend Inner Armor Peak because of the very high Leucine content. So you get energy for your work out through the supplement, and save your macros for building the actual muscle tissue.Fapping is like food... It shouldn't be enjoyed as a reward, but rather a means to not kill yourself.

I've been using BCAAs 3x a day on this entire cut. I feel like it's helped me a ton
Formutech Endurance and Perform are both amazing. One has Creatinol O Phosphate and Beta Alanine added while the other doesn't
I cant get enough of it. Taste freakin amazing. The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

Pro Bodybuilders take it during workout to blunt some catabolism of muscle cells during workout, then they give hgh time to spike after workout before eating. Insulin blunts HGH. So that is why they don't take protein or carbs to stop the catabolism of a work out.
Now for a natural you will have an hgh spike but a trivial one, that will have little if any effect on muscle growth.
So for average joe, BCAAs are good if you want to drink flavored water.

As many have said, when cutting BCAAs are very important. That is when we at Scivation recommend them first and foremost. They serve best as an anti-catabolic. In a time when you are prone to muscle loss and consuming fewer calories than your body needs, matched with increased cardio the muscle preservation is very very important.
Not only that, but they will improve recovery, reduce soreness and improve training capacities; all which will be hindered when dieting down.
First and foremost I recommend Scivation Xtend: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sv/xtend.html
- Proven 2:1:1 ration of BCAAs, glutamine, citrulline and our electrolyte complex. Solid formula that has proven itself for many years now.
