Question What is a good supplement to try?

Hey Im a currently on a P90x/insanity hybrid workout the schedule. I am currently taking a whey protein and just started to use creatine as well. I was wondering if anyone has a third or fourth supplement they would recommend me trying. I am 19 about 5'6 and weighing in at about 145. I really looking for anything that could help to boost my results thanks

What results are you looking for? Fat loss or muscle gain? You cannot do both at the same time.

Also how is your diet? Ultimately thats going to give you the results

Increase calories. You don't need any supps to help gain muscle.

You don't really need a supplement for that. Just eat more and profit.

However, as posted above, there are energy/pre workout supplements that can give you an energy boost before your workout. My favorites out there are: ErgoPump, White Flood, or Fierce Domination. Good luck with your goals!

If you are looking to gain muscle I wouldnt recommend P90x or Insanity. Actually I wouldnt really recommend them regardless of your goals or lifting experience.

This. The progression (is there any type progression?) in these types of programs is a joke. You'd be much better off doing squats, bench press, deadlift, militaries, etc

I've completed both programs and am currently finishing up X2. I've gained strength and endurance will becoming as ripped as I've ever been. Those programs are anything but a joke.
