Well , I've been working out alot the past 6 weeks , I'm slowly starting to get my name out there ...
I'm only 15 years old , & I'm planning on doing physique competitions in 3 years
Give me some advice on what I should work on (besides my chest I'm already aware)

(may I remind you I've only been working out using gym equipment for the last 6 weeks ,
before the 6 weeks I was naturally cut , but I had a very tiny chest ! )

Please explain how 6 weeks of lifting is 'getting your name out there'
Otherwise nice progress, looking pretty good for 15. Might wanna be posting pics at 6 months not 6 weeks though, it takes longer than you think for changes to really happen.
Constructive criticism here: eat more and go on a bulk for a while. If youre serious about getting a good physique in the long term then why not just let go of the abs and all that stuff for now, bulk for a good year or so then cut a bit.

Looking awesome for 15, if i recall correctly physique is all over the place with things they look for in competition. best advice would be keep bringing everything up evenly and get good at stage presents. great low bodyfat.
