Silly Question re: Body Fortress Protein Powder

I used Cellucor until I got laid off and needed a more economical protein powder option. I hate paying shipping costs and waiting, so the Wal mart brand became my brand of choice.

Here's my silly question: The Super Advanced Whey has creatine in it. At 1-2 shakes a day, I am taking in creatine daily. Should I plan to cycle off BF for a few week due to its creatine content or am I OK?

You're okay. There's no need to cycle creatine. You can supplement with it daily.

Just curious though, how much creatine is in each serving?

The guesstimation is aroung 5g or so. The packaging doesn't clearly specify. Thanks for the feedback
