Well my baby turned 9 today! Next year I will have no kids in single digits.
Tomorrow is his bday party.
Yesterday I spent almost 12 hours on a school project. Took longer than planned.
So it was an off day yesterday. Today I did the bike for 30 minutes and took the kids swimming. School is keeping me busy for sure! Good times.

My food lab is killing my food tracking. At least it's a healthy eating class! lol
I love summer with the kids but I'm going to be glad to establish a new routine with diet and exercise. My days constantly change in the summer and we've had some travel as well.
