Well after talking about just having an ongoing journal (even if I have a sponsored log going), I am finally doing it!
I will be talking about general life things, work outs, nutrition, have some food pics, and recipes here! Feel free to chat, ask questions and hold me accountable to my ever changing goals.
A bit about me, in my early years I was always thin and athlethic. I got married, and didn't know proper nutrition, and gained weight, gained from eating and pregnancy. Finally when I was at the delivery weight of my second son, I decided enough was enough. I started to work to lose weight. It's been a long journey where I have learned a lot.
Diet is the biggest portion on losing weight, but doing it slowly helps to get used to things and keep consistent. I have gotten addicted to working out and improving my personal records. I am a chick who lifts weights, and does many other things to stay fit!
I have two kids and a husband and am usually busy. I am going to school for dietetics and now have my personal training certification and it's a goal of mine to teach others how easy it can be to stay in shape.
Currently I am working to lose a bit of body fat I had gained in my first semester of school. These pounds when you are thin are so hard to get rid of!
So that is where I am at. I am going to work to stay honest and consistent! Now lets go!

Every day I take a multi, vitamin e, vitamin D, joint support, and fiber. Right now I am using Lipo AM and PM also.
For pre's I am rotating between craze and uncut most days. I throw in some different ones here and there. I am always using a BCAA intra.. I love the flavors and I am trying to clear the cabinet some. Right now it's pink Lemonade Xtend.
For Macros each day I will post calories, fat, protein, and carbs. As I said, there will be pictures from time to time, and recipes if they are requested. I will be doing some baking tomorrow before the parents come so there might be some pics tomorrow.
Macros for the day
Calroies0 1643
Fat- 53
Carbs- 201
Protein- 106
My work out was sprints today. i warmed up for a half mile at a 6.0 on the treadmill and did 8 1/4 mile sprints at an 8.0 on the treadmill and then cooled down by running another half mile at a 6.0. That totaled 3 miles in 25 minutes. Then I just walked for 5minutes.
I generally stretch and do core work each day. Today was also leg day. I did 3 sets of 10 at 95 pounds for squats, walking lunges with 20 lb dumbbells, and firewalkers with a band and 20x3 for calf raises on the stairs.
I had a hard time getting moving today for my work out. I finished a tub of craze today, and almost finally have my protocol gone. The cabinet is slowly clearing some. I have to make room for more supps that I really enjoy.
Alright, off to bed! Again welcome all!Sarah- NASM CPT

Well
I'm hardly sore this morning. That's a good thing. I'm hoping to ride bike today. It's raining some now. So we shall see. I'm a pansy like that. My parents get here later today. Kids last day of school is tomorrow. So it's establishing a new routine.
I have a training appt this morning apparently her legs were sore the other day. then it's cleaning and hopefully my bike ride.
Oh and welcome all. Hopefully I will get ya some good meal ideas.
This party may get crazy. Some may say I'm always crazy.
It is breakfast for dinner today though. Yummy!Sarah- NASM CPT

Im having a hard time eating bacon lately. I kind of like pigs lol
I dont really feel the same way about a chicken or fish
Its something I have struggled with for a few years now because of course I love the taste
But its wrong to support the way these animals are treated/killedNY Rangers - NY Giants - NY Knicks - NY Yankees
