i have one cup of egg whites = 28g
10 oz chicken= approx 100g
2 X protein shake= 50 g
wheat sources= approx 30g
thinking of bringing chicken lower so I can drop weight faster
keep in mind i did not bulk before my cut b/c of high bf%
so can i?

Is it okay to bring down protein on cut?
Bench: 200x3
Squat: 280x3
Deadlift: 350x3
FAT-> ATHLETE

Protein should be upped, not lowered. Protein has a thermogenic effect that will help you burn fat and it will help you preserve muscle. Cut your starches, not your protein.
