I just started my first official bulk yesterday and have a small container of creatine to help me out. i never used it before and was wondering if there is a best time to take it, especially since im in the "loading phase".
Any help or recommendation is appreciated brahs.

Doesn't matter when you take it. You can take it all at once or break it up throughout the day. It's really up to you.

You don't really need to load. Just 3-5 g a day. No need to cycle either. Take it whenever with whatever

Ideally you'd want to take creatine before AND after workout. I personally add a scoop to my pre-workout and another to my post-workout. And if it makes you feel special you can have some at another time during the day, but I don't think it's necessary.Originally Posted by BroMontana94

There's not really a best time to take it, just make sure you take it every day. You don't have to load, but for quicker uptake, I took 20 grams for 4 days, then bumped it down to 5 grams every day after that. Loading for 3-5 days isn't a bad idea, but that's just my opinion.
