wow......I have to admit I might be eating crow after Saturday ( I've been saying for like a month now I don't think he'll place higher than 4th )
I was expecting him to come in at 270 or 265 with no separation.........dude is still 290 4 days out with a tight waist, That goes along ways in covering up his lack of separation and detail. His back is looking WAY better also, no longer looking like a weakness but more like one of his strengths. Regardless of what he places Saturday .......we needed something like this.

W/O his shirts, his hat his head phones his sweats and his shoes I figure he's about 290, If he's 290 he probably needs to be about 280 or 278 to be to be scary shredded. What do you guys think ?

Hard to say. I'd say your close on the clothing part, between 290-295 if he was just in posing trunks. They said in the vid he hasn't had any carbs in 10 days. If that's true he probably can gain a as much weight carbing up as could lose in fat/water in order to be 100% on stage. If everything they said is true, which i believe it is, he'd be flat at 280 but scary shredded. He could probably be just as shredded and closer to 290 with some carbs in him... If he can keep his waist in check and add some more onto his back, he'll be competing for top spot at ANY show.. Calves, calves... just how many times someone has lost/won based on calves??? Forget these calves for **** sake, noone cares about them, it's purely genetic and more than half of IFBB doesn't have 'em. /CASE
On another note, just like I said - this guy is still very far from someone like Kai and even Phil (I say even, because he's the same "inflated balloon", just with even less "real muscle"..). He's big, yes, but wait till the stage time.Zeus
