iForce Nutrition Conquer Fruit Punch Review
I'm here to review iForce's new preworkout Conquer, profile seen above. Off the top of my head it seems kinda similar to Maximize Intense which I tried last summer and to be honest was not very impressed at all by it. Other iForce products like Hemavol and Protean (peppering my angus for fanboy hate) didn't really impress me either. I mean no disrespect or hate there just my opinion. That was not the case with Conquer. I've done 3 workouts so far with Conquer solo and have been very pleased. Note: I have used 2 scoops for all 3 workouts and this is non-sponsored
Mixability: 10/10 Pretty easy points here. 2 scoops in ~12oz water shaken and no sediment at the bottom. Nothing else needs to be said.
Taste: 9/10 I'm a huge fan of fruit punch drinks like Hawaiian Punch or Tropicana Fruit Punch so I don't like too many fruit punch flavored supplements but Conquer is pretty tasty. iForce got the flavoring spot on here! I was kinda nervous after suffering through a tub of Peach Mango Tea MI last summer but when I first sipped Conquer the closest thing I could relate it to was maybe a red Icee? Good stuff!
Pump: 8/10 I don't buy pre's simply to aid in pump, I'm a big fan of energy/focus instead. But I would rate pumps from Conquer as slightly above average. I'm typing this about an hour after back day at the gym and I still have somewhat of a pump. I believe the pump was a result largely of the good workout I had due to the energy/focus.
Energy/Focus: 9.5/10 I will admit I am a huge stim junkie when it comes to pre's, I'll often drop a caffeine tab into my pre for good measure. 2 scoops from Conquer though provided a very nice, clean energy. I started drinking it about 35 min prewo and quickly had almost a euphoria like I had the first time I used Craze. This was short lived, however, I still felt energized and more focused than before. I was able to cut rest time between sets and felt like I had more endurance than before which was nice. This energy enabled a greater pump IMO. I still feel pretty good ~2hours after consumption so no crash which is nice.
I would definitely recommend Conquer to my gym buddies and to anyone reading this. I know that I will probably rotate a tub of Conquer after a tub of Craze as my prewo. Great job iForce!
