I'm a subscriber to his channel and I love all of the videos, but tbh I'm not sure this is the greatest route to go as a beginner. I think his program would work great for someone a bit more experienced though, but as a beginner I don't think the workload is high enough to warrant the periodization in the program.

I'm trying it right now, on week 2.. we will see at end when I test my 1RM for the three lifts. So far I like it, I'm still skeptical of the leg days as the volume is pretty low for the most part.

I agree man was a concern of mine too. Are you guys bulking, cutting or recomping? I was planning a recomp/slow cut so not sure how this program would work for that...

Old thread but k screw it. I ran the program once around and it indeed helps and is highly effective for strength. I'm very weak for my amount of experience but the program has helped. I obviously wouldn't recommend it for bodybuilding or physique purposes as there isn't any direct arm training. Yes the arms get taxed from other movements and I felt no need for additional arm training so if that isn't a concern to you as it wasn't for me I'd recommend the program. It's easy to be skeptical but just trust the program if you want to run it.
