    I have to stop lifting for 2 weeks or so. Scared of muscle-loss. What to do?

    I was skinny, I worked hard for my decent gains. I'm not huge, I can't afford to lose muscle.

    I can't do arms for maybe 2 weeks, my wrist is sprained. What to do? What should my nutrition be like? I was on a cut when I ****ed my wrist up, if I continue cutting now it would be a cut without lifting which makes me nervous about losing muscle.

    How fast does muscle loss happen? I've never had to take a real break since I started.

    Eat tons of protein.
    If you can do other upper body that will help.
    Your muscles will not fall off after 2 weeks.
