So I started back in '09 at 270.
Got down to 190 after like 8 months or so.
Stopped lifting and eating right mid freshman year of college and ballooned up to 230. This pic is from December '12.
Started eating right and lifting three days a week and doing cardio three days a week. Here are a couple pictures I took today. Weighed in at 178 this past Friday. The lowest I've been my entire adult life. Hell when I was in 8th grade I weighed 201 for football.

Fantastic results! Rep'd!
Started 2012 at over 410lbs (that was as high as my scale went) and I ended the year at 260lbs.
Still going strong while eating whatever I want - whenever I want; I just keep it to under 2000 calories a day.
