    Hmmm that is very unusual. I too consume entirely too many stims but I haven't experienced anything quite like that, as nitrates are usually my go-to vasodilator

    Citrulline Malate does work indeed. pers exp. is 2-4gr 20min before a Workout. excellent energy and pump.

    It's been a while but iirc it was localized. I also had headaches periodically but those seemed fairly random so it was dependent on something I dosed alongside it

    Same, gram or so of caffeine daily for many years now and other strong stims have been added into the mix more recently. BP and HR is good though, probably due to tolerance
