which one would you take? Most of these threads are full of "nutrition comes first" answers. Assuming nutrition is on spot, which fat burner would you take to supplement your fat loss?
It could be a stack as well.
The only one I've tried is Scorch from MAN. The ingredients are very basic, at good dosages and I decided to buy it. Didn't see much in terms of energy (I have huge stim tolerance for some reason), fat loss has been good (7-8 pounds in 8 weeks) but diet played the biggest role.
I'm thinking of using, in my next stack, a cortison/estrogen blocker but I've heard they might take a toll on your joints (plus i'm 18 so "messing" with my hormones might be bad).

^^^This. At 18, things are as good as they are going to get for you in terms of metabolism, etc. Why not just work hard and save the supplements for when your body is not as cooperative?
If you just want something for energy, Black Cats V2 would be my suggestion. It's cheap and effective.RIP in Peace

Actually, I want to go sub10% bf. I always had love handles and I want to lose them once and for all. I am aware I need a lot of mass, but if I don't lose these love handles now that I'm young and my metabolism is at its highest, I'll never will. Even when I was skinny (before starting working out) I had love handles.
Notice the lower ab area.

Fair enough. If you are looking for something to help you get to the next step and want something available on BB.com, then these would be my options:
Non-stim - Ergobolic
Low-Stim - ErgoShred of Inciner-8 (BB.com Platinum line)
Medium-stim - Fat Free
High Stim - Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite
Best of luck to you.RIP in Peace

Just FYI OP, you metabolism doesn't really drop all that dramatically as you get older. Most people whom gets older and become out of shape is more due to their lifestyles and habits changing as they get older, not their metabolism.

Over the years, I've used various fat burners: EC, Mitotropin, Animal Cuts. I just started using LS MX7 v2 (and now I can't sleep...). I've found that they're all basically the same. I couldn't really tell you which one worked *better* because the difference isn't noticeable enough for me. They all give you a big stim boost which gives you more energy, less appetite. Find the ones with the key ingredients that you are looking for and then compare cost (or compare reviews with cost).
My views on fat burners: There's no point in really using them unless you have a specific day/week you're trying to look your best on (e.g. competition, spring break, etc.). They can help you in that last 3-6 weeks once you're already lean. But I don't recommend just cycling them into your annual workout plan as part of a general cut (because your body will revert unless you increase cardio/eat less once your off the heat). I have found that the comedown after fat burners is pretty ****ty. I think that with coffee, green tea, red bull and preworkout supps you are more than covered on the stim side (and IMO most the benefits come from the stim). I just started using LX MS7 v2 two weeks ago (i have a physique competition in two weeks), but it has ****ed up my sleep so bad. Can't sleep. Don't feel tired. While during certain times, this might not be so bad (when you have a ****load of work to do so you wouldn't sleep much anyways), I'm worried that the lack of sleep will negatively affect my muscle mass and recovery (and that this downside outweighs any potential benefit from the fatburner). Just my thoughtsLook good. Feel good. Perform good.
Diet and Exercise. Bulk and Cut. Rinse and repeat.

Hey OP, u seem to have a very similar body type to mine when I was 18. And I still have that stubborn fat covering my lower abs.
Must be the genetics, as some people tend to lose it quickly, while others not. Me for instance, I never put on fat on my legs.
Regarding fat-burners, I just bought a bottle of ErgoShred but havent received it yet. Gonna see how it works. If I like it the first 2 weeks I´m gonna buy another, if not I´ll wait until I go for vacations in Albania and get Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite as its banned in the countries I live (Spain and Switzerland).
I´ve also tried some topical creams like ****toline Cosmetics (both Abdominal and Night), but I´m not sure if they worked or it was just my diet.
I know how u feel about that so I´ll let u know about my results.
Cheers!
