    torn chest muscle??

What's up guys I'm new to this forum but ive been lifting for a while. A couple of days ago I felt like crap at the gym and it was chest day I started on decline. On my 4-5 set, 4th rep as I lowered the weight I felt a tear in my left pec near my armpit. I quickly racked the bar and just left the gym. I havent seen any bruising or swelling. The only thing I see is my left pec is slightly bigger than my right but its been like that for a while. Its been 4 days now and today is shoulders day, while I was doing dumbell shoulderpress I could feel something in the exact spot of my pec. It isnt paint it just feels weird. The only time it hurts is if I try a push up or any chest press. Ive been having horrible workouts lately because I'm scared I always have a feeling of snapping my left pec, and it just kills my mood. I really need advice on this because I'm addicted to working out and pushing heavy weights but this pec tear or whatever it is (I really don't know) is killing all my workouts.

Getting it checked out is probably a better bet... in comparison to asking on here. Stay away from the decline.

I'd just go to the doctor. I honestly don't know but I'm also in but for my back. When I do pull ups my right lat feels like it tore one day and it felt swollen and I couldent move that one arm and every time I do pull ups or something I feel like it's about to pop. I just took like a week off though and it's fine now, so you could try that.

    OT: Go to doctor tho.
