i have a pinched nerve under my left trap. ive had it for a few years, but it doesnt really bother me too often, so i live with it. last week when i started doing backsquats for the first time, it aggrivated the nerve for a few days (i guess when you sit a lot of weight on a piched nerve, its gonna hurt.) so im thinking that front squats might be the way to go (also to shift the focus to my quads, moreso), but dont you need a lot of wrist flexibility? i dont have as much in my left wrist as i do in my right (i shattered my left wrist a few years ago, and i also had surgery on it last winter for a ganglion.)
advice/thoughts?
thanks.
