Just finished my 10week cut for a charity competition i won so here are the pics i submitted. Prepped 12 weeks out.
Week 12: 72kg (morning unclothed) @ 12%
Final Week: 63.5kg @ 5.2%

Thanks brah! I was quite surprised at how shredded i got too. i was planning to do alot more cardio than 15min per week and further reduce calories but it turned out to be the opposite. My high metabolic capacity defniitely played a big role in this cut.

Ive been training since i signed up here so since 2006
No this is my second cut, my last cut i did was late 2011 then i went on a 12months bulk up until this shred. So prior to 2011 it was lean bulking for almost 5years. (I didnt know what i was doing the first 4 years)
I was bulking for 12months between my last cut and this cut.

on how many cals did you cut? 11kg in 10 weeks is pretty solid

pic taken this morning, I lift since 2 years and 2 months and I'm cutting since 115 days in a row (trying to get lean <10% bf). I know it's nothing special, but this is what you can achieve in 2 years, probably even more if you do it right from the beginning.

Honestly I believe a physique quite a bit better is achievable in that time depending on what frame you are starting from. I've achieved this in 8 months. I know it's not crazy, but after a year lean bulk and small cut should be looking pretty dang good. First pic is from when I started.

Here's mine !

1st one just before going to Varadero, abs flexed. sitting probably at 9-10%.
2nd one taken after my trip, gain some BF, probably 11-12% ( taken at the end of my HIIT session)

They are around 1 month appart !

Goal : Being, without a doubt, single digit BF% (7-8%), forever cutting haha -_-

Great thread, but sadly, this being the internet, you will never know for certain if someone is 100% natty or telling the truth. Sure you can take their word for it, or even blood tests to confirm... but even if blood tests come back negative, it could merely indicate they are PCT or only run occasional cycles or ran in the past, but now merely maintain the new physique.

These day you really can't trust anyone but yourself.


That being said, plenty of people in this thread look natty. Great job.
