YES im 100% natty, ive been training for 7 years and i currently weigh 63.5kg with 14.25" arms
I am 5.2% according to skin calipers.. May be off 1-2%.
After picture is with flex, lighting, pump.. sodium, water and carb manipulation.
I am holding newpaper in the first pic because that was the requirement for the competition i am doing.
Macros: 200g pro/200g carbs/65g fats
Refeed macros: 160g pro/400g+carbs/5-g fats

I started my carbs at 170g and finished up at 200g per day.... Never did any zero or low carb bull****... consistent caloric deficit daily with structured carb refeeds.
Deficit was only 400-300cal per day over the week. Im an ectomorph so i have extremely high metabolism especially coming off a bulk straight into a cut. That really did help lean out quick
i sleep 7-8hours per day.
2.2hours of total cardio in 10weeks. **** cardio... why risk catabolism doing outrages amounts of cardio? control your progress through your deficitCheck out my fb fan page at:

i dont see why aswell? im getting called out everywhere... people will be amazed what the body can do in 10-12weeks..
as i mentioned, my final pics are with good lighting, pump and flex.. im 63.5kg for ****s sake and i been training for 7years... lol
These pics are all for competition
Some people are saying im 8-9%.... I cant tell you the truth as im going by calipers but i really do think im 5-6%.. just look at my conditioning on the final day

Look at that picture brah. Your traps look bigger in the 2nd and your arms even look a lot bigger in the 2nd pic. Theres no way you're going to add inches to your arms and traps while cutting dude.
If you are serioulsy natty, then I'd say you're before picture is 6-12 months+ months old and you photoshoped a newer newspaper into your hand.

I actually commenced my cut 12 weeks out but official cut started 10 weeks out.
here is my spread sheet tracking my progress and macros and everything else..
I guess i am half natty because i did use oxyelitepro which has banned DMAA and yohimbe...
And no i did not gain muscle whilst on a deficit.. my arms went fronm 15" to 14.25"
I just pulled off pretty good illusions using poor looking week 12 pics which were not flex vs optimal pics with lighting, flex, pump, dryness, fullness, the lot..
This is all for a charity competition so had to put a week 1 photo vs best week 10 photo
