None, worked out in the morning and forgot my whey at the house. I then worked 15 hours and when I got home all I wanted to do was sleep.

Day 19
Food:
16oz ground beef
1 beef hotdog
Not a great food day but I had limited options
Workout:
FRONT SQUATS
leg press
stiff leg DB deadlifts
leg extensions
Weight: 214.0

Day21
So, in light of the past week (being sick, being fastest for over a day, not feeling great) I decided to Carb up today. I believe my body needed it. I've had no energy and my body is still getting over being sick. I'm hoping this will be a good kick start for the rest of my diet.
Food:
Whole wheat pasta
tomato and beef sauce
Meatballs
couple cookies
Workout:
Shoulder press
Front lateral raises
Behind the back cable side laterals
DB side laterals
machine side laterals
DB bent over rear laterals
reverse flys
Weight: 215.0 (I'm glad to see this, my body is recovering from the long fast the other day)
Looking forward to the next 3 weeks!

Day 22 and 23 notes:
I decided to extend my Carb eating until yesterday because I still wasn't getting healthy. Back on the diet today because I feel 100% and I had a great chest day!

Update:
Phone died and finally got around to getting another crappy phone. I don't have internet at my apartment so I haven't been able to post anything. Still going strong on my diet, I am weighing around 210 and I have carbed up the past few days because of my birthday celebrations.
Ill try to get some progress pics up soon!
