    Need some help

Hi I am 5'10" 225 and have decent muscle mass but about 20% b/f. I know i am going to get that down to about 14 or so in about ten weeks, my question is, how can i lose body fat without gettin smaller. I would like to be about 230 with 14% B/F but everytime i diet i lose wieght obviously and cant get shredded while maintaining the same wieght. Is steroids the only way that i can maintain while getting shredded?? I sure hope not.

p.s this pic of me is at 225lbs. 20% bodyfat.

Well to tell you the truth there isn't an easy way to cut and not lose SOME muscle and strength. Just do it slowly and overtime, maybe like a pound or so a week. Slowly cut out some calories and start cardio training on off days from weight training. You got some preatty good mass going on there, you'll look good and alot bigger when you cut regardless if you lose alittle muscle...

Good Luck and keep up the hard work..
