I'm 17 aswell, but nowhere near your strenght. best I got was 120kgx3 bench and 180kgx2 squat (atg) at around 85kg

impressive man...I was benching 95lbs at 17
though I would take off 50lbs from the bar during your squat and go 6-8" lower. Still though thats great weightCarb Mal-absorption, no breads, sugary snacks, rice, pasta...live off of 30-40g a day.

Uhm back when i was 15- estimate, bench 90kgx 6 on a good day, squat 120kg x 4, dead 140x6. I LOVVVED deadlifts when i first started gym, every back session i would start with what i thought HEAVY AS ****ING **** deads. they were the days haha.
Sorry sir, i was only supposed to do 180 that day, but i was feeling good and put on 200, i have only suqatted that once before so i had to hype myself up. its not like im always doing that haha, but thanks anyways.
a few months before my 15th bday, when i turned 15 i took it very srsly, training 5-6 times a week and reading lots and lots of reading, on the nutrtion section and yutube videos. anything to make me stronger/bettter.

i use to think that when my brother was benching 15 reps of 140 when i was benching 80 and deadlifitng not even that. but i worked very hard just so one day i can be stronger then him. still not there yet, but very soon.

diet before bulk was IIFYM. 8 weeks of dieting. got down to 1900-2000cals was hell. diet on bulk was eat everything and anything every second. end well it sorta did not.

here is my routine this is just copy pasted from a question before hand. I only start with compound lifts on chest days. legs and back i always warm up with other exsersices.
I am currently using a Dorain Yates type training. I do 2 warm up sets and then 2 working set to failure ( force spotted reps 4-6 after I can do anymore ) Usually I am doing 4-6 exercises per body part. Days are 2 days on 1 day off. I try to stick to it but i like training so much its hard for me to rest that much. Goes like this. Chest/bis ---Back ---Shoulders/tri ---Legs.
I even through in an arms day when its supposed to be a rest day. Probably isnt beneficial but oh well.
