My barbell bench is stuck at 275! I've tried everything from increased caloric intake, to squating twice a week and nothing! It's frustrating! Any ideas how to increase my bench press?? My goal is to break 300 by July. Please help!!

You need some new muscle stimulation. Any chest or tricep exercises that you aren't doing right now start doing them. For example if you don't do dips then start including them in your chest workouts. If you haven't done dumbbell bench in a while try switching to db for a while then go back to barbell.
