Not bad - keep cutting. Be sure to work them rear delts, they're lagging hard and they'll help to bring a 3-dimensional appearance to your arms when they're more developed. Also. where's the legs at?

yeah compared to before, i NEVER used to do rear delts.... theyve made huge improvements... slowly getting there

More volume and heavier weight - they can handle it. The should be in similar strength to what ever fly weight you use for pecs

I was going really light on pecs. Keep in mind I have 50lbs on you, and I was originally a strength athlete.

It's one of the primary antagonist muscles of the chest... it works in with chest very nicely. Similarly to working triceps before biceps.
