Broccoli is fine. I eat ~1 pound a day of broccoli in addition to kale and spinach. Hasn't kicked me out.

GOAL:
For my job working with the USFS in Montana I must: be able to carry felled trees, lift boulders, ruck 70# puncheon planks, haul tools over 10 miles along with personal gear, and beat down the camp-invading brown bear. Kidding!
But I do want to be able to run full speed while chasing a bear with a can of pepper spray, screaming obscenities with a hand-rolled cigarette in my mouth.

"Fiber is mostly a form of sugar called cellulose. Humans do not possess the necessary enzymes to metabolize cellulose, so it does not activate glycolysis and it has no effect whatsoever on insulin levels. High-fiber foods are safe to eat on keto, and in fact you should eat lots of them. Green-leafy vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, and broccoli should be eaten with every meal."
That quote is from a well known Keto website - Type Joesph Arcita keto blog into google to view the article (I can't post the link becasue I have < 50 post)
So yes, subtract Fiber from my carb count.
